The EG300 device combines the functions of an edger and a multi-blade saw, allowing you to maximize the profit from every sawn board while also increasing the overall sawmill efficiency by an average of 20–30%.

The EG300 model comes standard with two circular saw blades, functioning as an edger saw. One blade is fixed, while the other is adjustable from the control panel using an electronic cutting width setting device.

Optionally, laser cutting guides can be installed to help the operator determine the optimal cutting line.

The EG300 edger consists of three main components – saw blade assembly, infeed table, and outfeed table. The machine’s modular design ensures easy transport, operation, and installation.

Two top return rollers facilitate pushing the board forward for subsequent cuts.

An adjustable fence enables the operator to quickly position boards with one straightened edge.

It is possible to install up to 5 circular saw blades, configuring the device as a circular multi-rip saw. In this setup, four blades are fixed for cutting standard widths, while the fifth is adjustable. Switching between edger and multi-rip saw operation is straightforward, and the design allows the operator to quickly adapt to changing requirements. The mechanical feed rate is adjustable in the range of 0–25 m/min.
