Compared to the AeroCut model, the processing speed of the AeroCut Quatro is 2.5 times faster (depending on the specific application). This machine quickly and precisely cuts up to 350 business cards per minute from SRA3 sheets (25 business cards per sheet) with an optional cutting unit. Simple and convenient selection of the 263 stored program templates is done via a German-language, 5-inch color touchscreen. There are 90 memory slots for additional custom programs (60 in Standard Mode and 30 in Flex Mode). Thanks to Flex Mode, there is an easy programming option to customize cutting processes. A perforating module for cross perforation (tear-off coupons) is available as an option, instead of the creasing unit. Changing between the creasing and perforating units is tool-free. Double sheet detection and automatic ejection allow continuous operation without interruptions. Digital counter (incrementing/decrementing). Suction-fed paper feeding with variable speed. Cut mark recognition with automatic self-correction. Accuracy +/- 0.1 mm. Automatic detection of formats: 350 x 500 mm / A3 Plus / A3 / A4. Feed table paper capacity: 100 mm. The cross cut is performed by a cross blade, longitudinal cuts are made by six self-sharpening rotary blades (including two double blades with a fixed 7 mm spacing). Integrated perforating unit with two manually adjustable tools, as well as a creasing unit with upper and lower tools (depth adjustable in 5 steps). User-friendly magnetic stops for various output formats. Solid all-metal construction. Lockable castors ensure mobility.
