Stable machine frame: Welded design, stress-relieved by heat treatment for both standing and seated operation, includes two side columns, table, and connecting beams.
Press beam: Stress-relieved by heat treatment, deformation-optimized.

Backgauge system
3-axis rear backgauge (single backgauge finger): Highly dynamic, safe 3-axis rear backgauge. Rack and pinion drive, CNC-controlled X-, R-, and Z-axes freely programmable for enhanced adjustability of backgauge depth and height, providing high accuracy. Fiberglass backgauge finger with hardened metal stop.
Tool clamping
Upper tool clamping: Enables fast and precise tool changes, both vertically and horizontally; fixed, self-centering.
Lower tool clamping: Individual V-dies mounted on a special plate. Fixation: manual, with hardened tensioning and clamping strips.
Safety
Safety devices: Emergency stop button, 2-button foot pedal for both standing and seated operation, laterally sliding safety doors, and rear and side guards. Side guards made of transparent, impact-resistant plastic.
