Product Description

The new TruTool PN 200 nibbler is primarily used for cutting C, L, U-shaped profiles, trapezoidal sheet metal, and similar components.

This tool, equipped with a short punch assembly, is designed for processing sheets with profile depths up to 85 mm, as well as C, L, and U profiles. It is also suitable for corrugated sheet metal.

Ideally suited for hard-to-reach areas. The working direction can be adjusted 360° easily and tool-free in 45-degree increments.

Minimized Setup Time: Quick and tool-free punch and die replacement without work interruption.

Unmatched Speed: Fast and efficient—2.1 meters per minute on 400 N/mm² mild steel.

Applications:

Trapezoidal Sheet Metal:
- For cutting profiles up to 86 mm deep and 132.5 / 40 mm wide. Suitable for straight and angled cuts.

Profiles:
- For cutting C, L, and U-shaped profiles.

Corrugated Sheet Metal:
- For trimming and cutting. Enables angled, internal, and radius cuts.
