The TREPKO PKG 1 is equipped with a single stage for all stations. The filling head is designed for dispensing various products, such as yogurt, cream, sauces, milk, fruit pieces up to 1 cm, vanilla pudding, etc. These machines are highly recommended for production halls aiming to maintain steady productivity due to their easy maintenance. Trepko cup fillers are mainly driven by a main motor that transfers movement to an INDEX gearbox and sends signals to the pneumatic cylinders, ensuring activation at each station. Fill volumes depend on customer requirements, with the standard range being 50–500 ml per cup. On request, we can increase the fill volume by enlarging the diameter of the fill cylinder. The machine was previously used for filling cheese into small rectangular cups. Regarding conversion to cups with outer diameters of 71, 75, 80, and 95 mm, we can offer this service in-house.
