TJF-GARNET FDM-150

Double-column hydraulic press equipped with two lateral cylinders connected by a platen for pre-pressing and pressing rotors and stators, and a central cylinder for mandrel extraction and rotor shaft fitting, as well as shaft removal for maintenance. Features a retractable table for stacking and handling rotors and stators.

MAIN CYLINDERS 150 TONS

- 2 hydraulic cylinders, each with 75 ton capacity, 750 mm stroke, connected by a slotted platen with a central bore of 250 mm diameter.
- Maximum usable height between cylinder platens: 1,300 mm.
- Minimum usable height between cylinder platens: 550 mm.

EJECTION CYLINDER

- 1 central cylinder, 80 ton capacity, 1,200 mm stroke.
- Prepared for extraction clamp adaptation, piston rod end threaded M 35x1.50, 40 mm length.
- Maximum usable height, extraction cylinder: 1,300 mm (to the piston rod thread root).
- Minimum usable height, extraction cylinder: 100 mm (to the piston rod thread root).

TABLE AND STRUCTURE

- Mechanically traversing slotted table, 1,200 x 800 mm, 600 mm stroke, fitted with worm gear reducer and 0.5 HP electric motor with brake.
- Central hole in table: 250 mm diameter, maximum depth 550 mm.
- Table lifting capacity: 4 tons.

HYDRAULIC UNIT

- 5.5 HP dual-speed hydraulic unit, with automatic fast speed shut-off and independent speeds. Maximum pressure: 250 bar.
- Digital regulation of maximum force for pre-pressing, pressing, and fitting; digital tonnage display. Pressure regulation via proportional valves.
- Selector for approach and measuring speeds.
