Overview
This Tetra Pak Tetra Fino Aseptic filling line, manufactured in 2006, is designed for filling UHT milk and other liquid food products into pillow-shaped aseptic cartons (Tetra Fino® 1000 ml format). The system enables aseptic filling of ultra-high temperature treated products, ensuring extended shelf life without refrigeration. With a capacity of approx. 3,600 packs per hour, the line is suitable for small to medium scale dairy production. The system consists of a form-fill-seal machine, conveyor systems, and a carton sealing module, with manual packing of bags into cartons. The line is currently in operation and reported to be in good condition.
