The TERLET TERLOTHERM is a vertical scraped surface heat exchanger designed for gentle heating and cooling of viscous, sensitive, or scorch-prone products. The scraper system continuously renews the product surface, ensuring high heat transfer rates, uniform product quality, and safe processing even for demanding recipes.

• Dairy & milk products (e.g. yogurt/dessert mixes, cream/milk blends, sensitive products)
• Sauces, soups, dressings, delicatessen
• Fat/emulsion products (e.g. margarine, mayonnaise)
• Other highly viscous / chunky / heat-sensitive products
