High-pressure fume extraction unit, dust extractor, TEKA self-cleaning filter.
Filter suitable for plasma and laser applications.
Due to its design, the system is especially recommended for processing oily, sticky fumes, as well as dusts.
The unit is equipped with an automatic cartridge filter impregnation system and an activated carbon filter to neutralize odors generated during processing.
The filter is pneumatically cleaned with compressed air pulses during operation, resulting in high efficiency of the unit.
The extraction system is intended for specialized applications where the filtered fumes and dusts may be moist and adhesive.
The addition of impregnating agent captures moisture from the fumes, thereby protecting the filters from clogging.
In this case, the service life of the cartridge filters is extended.
After the cleaning process, the controller sends a pulse to a solenoid valve located on the top lid of the barrel filled with powder.
The applied magnetic pulse agitates the impregnating powder, which is then transported into the suction pipeline.
The powder coats the working surface and forms a protective layer on the filters.

The unit is like new – it has only 126 operating hours!!!
