This HDPE blow molding machine features a highly specialized system for manufacturing containers made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The machine processes bottle formats up to 2 liters and achieves a production capacity of up to 2,700 bottles per hour (bph). The system utilizes a 4+4 configuration—four upper and four lower cavities—optimizing production through a symmetrical and highly efficient design. The machine will be available from mid-October.

To ensure high precision in bottle shaping, the blow molding system offers a cavity spacing of 150 mm. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a dual shuttle, which optimally controls the production cycle and minimizes downtime. Specifically, this blow molding machine can process containers up to 2 liters, allowing for great flexibility in manufacturing various types of packaging.

Mold configuration and flexibility
While no molds are included as standard, the machine supports a wide range of mold sizes up to a maximum capacity of 2 liters. The entire system can also be easily adapted to specific production requirements. On request, additional accessories or necessary modifications can be supplied as optional extras. Furthermore, our technicians, who will handle dismantling, can also take care of reinstallation to ensure operational reliability and continuity.

Manuals and technical documentation
This blow molding machine is delivered with complete technical manuals and detailed wiring diagrams to support installation, maintenance, and daily operation. The documentation includes detailed specifications for container tolerances and technical schematics of the system components. This design enables optimization of critical values, such as bottle spacing and the distance between extruders and container bodies.
