The dynamic depaneling machine LOW 4322 is specifically designed for medium to high production volumes, meeting the increasing demands of modern production processes. PCB panels made from a variety of materials are separated with maximum flexibility, precision, and throughput using dust- and stress-minimized sawing and milling technologies. High-dynamic linear motor axes, advanced toolings, and grippers ensure top-quality performance, guaranteeing lasting durability and reliability of the machine.

Semi-automatic Depaneling – Customizable Solutions
The LOW 4322 depaneling machine enables quick product changeovers while maintaining short cycle and handling times. The PCB panels are loaded via a parallel shuttle, positioned and secured using pin clamping technology—optionally in combination with vacuum suction cups if required.

This machine comes equipped with:
• Shaft- and disc-tool separation module on the Z-axis (automatically rotatable 0-90°)
• X-Y cross-stitch module based on linear motor technology with high-resolution measuring system
• Dual loading module as parallel shuttle, left and right operation with sliding doors
• Welded steel frame with two maintenance doors—right and left. Powder coated RAL 9002
• Standard vision system basic module for teach-in programming (camera area 400 x 330 mm)
• Working area: 420 x 330 mm
• Automatic router length compensation (only in conjunction with shaft separation module)
• Remote maintenance/support via remote connection (TeamViewer) or client-side provision
• Touch IPC with Windows 10 operating system

The high performance of the depaneling machine—standard-equipped with sawing or milling module, fully automatic router length compensation, image-assisted teach-in camera system, and double-sided PCB fixtures—can be further enhanced with numerous customer-specific adaptations and additional features (such as an enhanced camera vision system).
