Mini FlowPack SVD is practically the only device of its kind on the market for packing single products as well as collective elements such as parts, screws, etc. The device is equipped with a special feed hopper and a film roll holder. The sealer forms a bag and seals its side and top, enclosing the product inside while simultaneously preparing the next package.

Bag-making (make-fill-and-seal) machine

A special type of bag-making machine is the manual, vertical flow-pack packaging machine. It is best suited for packing seeds, granules, screws, machine parts or other loose materials. Not suitable for packing powdery products (flour and similar). The bag has a width of 160 mm and can have a length of 100–190 mm. Film used: polyethylene, recommended thickness 40–60 microns. The machine allows for bag forming, filling, and sealing in three stages:

1. The bag is formed from a film roll placed on the machine.
2. The bag is filled via the dosing chute.
3. Sealing and cutting of the filled bag is performed in a single step.
