The technology of the J850 is based on the PolyJet process, which delivers highly precise results with exceptional surface quality. The printer offers several layer thickness options: 14 µm, 27 µm, and 55 µm. Thanks to this flexibility, you can prioritize either precision or speed according to your requirements. With an extended build area of 490 x 390 x 200 mm, the J850 can handle a greater number of complex, detailed models in a single printing process, increasing efficiency and saving time. The GrabCAD Print software streamlines operation, allowing you to prepare models and monitor the printing process.

The J850 supports a wide range of model materials, including the Vero family with opaque colors, vibrant VeroVivid tones, flexible Agilus30 materials, and transparent options such as VeroClear and VeroUltraClear. With digital modeling capabilities, you can combine up to seven different materials in a single model, delivering unmatched realism with full color, transparency, flexibility, and various Shore-A hardness ratings. In addition, more than 500,000 different colors can be produced to create color-critical models without the need for painting or post-processing. The J850 is equipped with twelve material bays and features automatic material switching, enabling longer, unattended print runs with minimal downtime.

The J850 uses SUP705 and SUP706B as support materials, which allow for effortless creation of intricate and delicate models. With multiple print modes—High Quality, High Mix, High Speed, and Super High Speed—you can tailor the printing process to your project's needs, whether you require maximum detail or rapid concept models. For enhanced post-processing, we recommend a WaterJet cleaning station, which can be offered with the printer.

The Stratasys J850 can be installed anywhere and does not require any special setup conditions. Its compact design allows it to integrate seamlessly into work environments with limited space. Special ventilation is not required, as Stratasys PolyJet systems do not emit harmful fumes, dusts, or other chemicals into your environment.
