The build chamber of the Stratasys Fortus 900mc measures 914.4 x 609.6 x 914.4 mm, accommodating a broad range of 3D printed components. Selectable layer thicknesses of 0.178mm, 0.254mm, 0.330mm, and 0.508mm offer perfect customization for your part’s specifications.
To operate this Stratasys 3D printer efficiently, a wash station is required. The Stratasys Fortus 900mc utilizes soluble support material SR30 or alternatively a break-away support, enabling the production of more complex models, including undercuts and internal bores, minimizing the need for post-processing.
The Fortus 900mc FDM 3D printer is compatible with the popular, free-of-charge GrabCAD software, making it possible for even inexperienced users to realize their projects quickly and easily.
This Stratasys FDM printer model supports iSQUARED materials such as ABS, ABS-ESD, ABS-CF, ASA, PC-ABS, PC, ULTEM 9085, and ULTEM 1010. The build and support material cassettes each hold either 1,510 cm³ or 3,020 cm³.
This printer can be installed virtually anywhere and requires no special site conditions. No dedicated ventilation is necessary, as Fortus systems do not emit harmful fumes, chemicals, or waste.
