Automatic strand production extruder with possibility for granulate raw material dosing.
Equipped with a 90 mm diameter extruder screw with 30:1 L/D ratio, a continuous-operation screen changer with belt-driven operation, and a 1000 mm wide die head (wide-slot tool).

Includes a cooling roller and cutting unit for solidifying the produced film and slitting it into strips of desired width.
Features a hot-air stretching chamber between slow and fast roller sections, allowing up to 15-fold film strip stretching.
A needle fibrillation unit ensures surface fibrillation of the stretched film strands.
The finished fibrillated film strands are wound by an automatic winding rack with 20 independently tension-controlled positions.
