The dust extractor is a mobile extraction and filtration unit for industrial use, designed for positioning in work areas.
The dust extractor is suitable for collecting, conveying, and separating dry wood, paper, or plastic chips and dust from various processing machines.
Comprising a vacuum-tight housing with suction nozzle and non-return flap, antistatic filter elements with jet-pulse cleaning, clean air side high-performance radial fan with IE3 efficiency class three-phase motor, as well as integrated exhaust sound absorber and air outlet grille.
Equipped with 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors, 2 chip containers with collection bags, and a control unit with 5 m connection cable and CEE industrial plug.
The control unit is designed for automatic operation. Automatic start-up control for up to 6 machines and automatic filter cleaning with runtime addition are included. For automatic start-up, either current transformers or potential-free contacts of the machines can be used.
1K PVC single-layer coating in RAL 9006 (white aluminium).

Delivery takes place in fully assembled, ready-to-operate condition.
Compressed air prepared on site must be provided for filter cleaning (connection via plug nipple NW 7 / 6 bar).

With control integrated into the dust extractor cabinet, for maintaining constant airflow when the filter is saturated, including safe fan stop during filter cleaning.
