Two custom-made, yet reprogrammable and modifiable mixing and dosing systems for 2-component polyurethane mixtures are available.

1) Gasket and foam system Sonderhoff DM 402, year of manufacture: 2011, mixing head: MK650, output rate: 0.08 g–0.15 g/s, material: 2C PU foam, robot travel range X/Y/Z: 1000 mm/800 mm/250 mm, max. application speed at R=6 mm: 9 m/min, max. travel speed: 20 m/min, max. acceleration: 5 m/s², table dimensions X/Y: 485 mm/700 mm.

2) Gasket and foam system Sonderhoff DM 402, year of manufacture: 2018, mixing head: MK125MP, output rate: 0.5 g–2 g/s, material: Fermapor, robot travel range X/Y/Z: 2500 mm/1250 mm/300 mm, max. application speed at R=5 mm: 13 m/min, max. travel speed: 58 m/min, max. acceleration: 10 m/s², table dimensions X/Y/Z: 2x 1200 mm/1250 mm.

Both systems are equipped with peripheral devices and systems for monitoring and controlling temperature, consistency, mixture, refilling, and other processes. The units can presumably be adapted to any mixing ratios—for polyurethane only. Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible.
