Robust and durable steel construction with a rigid, force-locked design – no torsion-prone structure due to, for example, separated construction of bending head and mandrel carrier. Maintenance-free electromechanical drive for the bending axis. The control unit's touch display enables easy and intuitive programming and operation of the system. After loading the pipe, it is secured by the clamping chuck in the carriage, ensuring exact positioning of the pipe and thus the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard features also include a pipe geometry check before the bending process: If the bending process is started from the wrong position, the machine will not allow operation, thus preventing operator error. Optional add-ons provide more convenience, increase output, and thereby improve system efficiency.
Data exchange from the optional pipe calculation program TBS-3D (PC version) is possible via USB stick or via FTP access from a computer to the machine controller. USB or LAN connectors (RJ45) are provided as standard. Existing pipe geometries can be quickly and easily converted via STEP format, for example.
