This machine was developed and manufactured for producing rotor shafts for power tools.

The machine is designed and built to automatically perform the following operations:
- Automatic loading/unloading of parts from/to the tool carrier line with a pick-and-place unit between the shaft ends.
- Turning the ring seat + facing the commutator + turning the commutator.
- Ring assembly – commutator side
- Ring assembly – drive end

The machine features various production programs to manufacture different parts. Each program corresponds uniquely to a specific shaft type.
