The machine was designed and manufactured for producing rotor shafts for power tools.

The machine was designed and built to automatically perform the following operations:
- Automatic loading/unloading of parts from/to a tool carrier line using a pick-and-place unit positioned between the shaft ends.
- Turning of ring seat + facing of commutator + commutator turning.
- Ring assembly – commutator side
- Ring assembly – drive wheel side

The machine features multiple production programs for manufacturing different part types. Each program clearly corresponds to a specific shaft type.
