Resonance Test Bench POWER SWINGLY 20 kN

The POWER SWINGLY BigTable resonance test bench is designed as a two-mass oscillator.
It consists of a vibration head, which is excited via a frequency-controlled asynchronous motor with an unbalance motor, positioned at the top of the machine and generates the dynamic amplitude. The vibration head is supported on the upper crosshead by pre-loaded compression springs and is guided centrally.
The mid-load drive is located at the bottom of the machine and applies the static preload via a geared motor and spindle drive.

The specimen chamber is situated above the clamping table and is limited on top by the adjustable crosshead.
The control of the test bench is handled by the EXCITING MOT regulation system. The complete control electronics for the regulation system are housed in an industrial PC cabinet. The control cabinet is made of powder-coated sheet steel and meets protection class IP 50 according to EN 60529.
