The cutting chamber and the geared motor of the SG-24T are sourced from globally renowned manufacturers.
The SG-14/24N series features a combined tooth and blade cutting system. The cutting blades break down large pieces into smaller ones, while the toothed cutting edge further processes the material with minimal dust generation. This allows material to be refined to the desired size for immediate reuse.
The innovative cutting mechanism with inclined teeth reduces the likelihood of stress concentration. This extends service life and reduces dust formation.
The motor shaft and rotor shaft of the SG-14/24T/24N are connected by a shaft coupling, which enables easy motor replacement.
A signal indicator notifies of a motor overload, which can be resolved via the motor’s reverse operation. Once the problem is cleared, the system automatically returns to normal operation.
The compact design allows for easy maintenance and cleaning. The feed hopper is made from transparent polycarbonate (PC).
