The WINDOR 60 is an integrated machining center for the flexible manufacturing of windows and doors. The WINDOR 60 allows the following machining operations:
1.1 Cross-cutting with specification of the finished workpiece length.
1.2 Tenoning with automatic workpiece rotation and manual insertion (automatic option available) into the profiling unit.
One, two, or three tenoning units (option) are available, accommodating lengths up to 620 mm with counter bearing and Jolly/L anti-splinter protection.
Upon request, an option for automatic execution of angled tenons (max. +/- 60°) is available.
1.3 Drilling (option) Bores can be made on the end face and/or the longitudinal side of the workpieces.
Dowel holes, handle-olive holes, and cup hinge holes are possible.
1.4 Profiling right side
Two profile spindles with holder lengths of 320 mm and 620 mm (option) with counter bearing, up to a maximum of 4 units in a row are available.
All right-side guides (optionally left-side guides) are CNC-controlled.
1.5 Profiling left side: for processing workpieces which also require profiling on the left side, the following is available:
Vertical auxiliary profile spindle (option) with a holder length of 620 mm (not retractable). Up to a maximum of 4 units in a row.
1.6 Profiling on underside and/or top side (option)
1.7 Grooving for hardware (option), continuous or interrupted grooves possible.

1.8 Separation of the glazing bead is performed in the final position on the right side of the profiling unit.
The working unit is equipped with a riving knife and holding device. A guide (with ON/OFF control from the CNC) ensures correct workpiece feeding.
1.9 Sash frame rabbetting (option) takes place in the machine's profiling unit, using the right-side stop rail as the reference stop.
The left guide, which can be manually disengaged, adjusts to the worktable and compensates for possible workpiece width differences up to 20 mm. The inlet-mounted, time-controlled working unit with right/left rotation serves as anti-splinter protection.
2.0 Workspace and required floor space
With the Windor 60, the operator is positioned ergonomically in the center of the system, providing optimal oversight of the entire production process. The clamping device, open towards the operator, allows for effortless loading of the workpieces. The Windor 60's space requirements are minimal: thanks to its special design, the tenoning machine can be positioned against a wall or in corners, optimizing the available workshop space. If automatic feeding into the profiling unit (option) is selected, workpiece unloading occurs from the tenoning machine on the left side.
