The Vacomat 300 XP large deduster is the ideal extraction unit for multi-machine dust collection. This clean air extraction system can handle air volumes of up to 6,000 m³/h, making it a compelling choice also for CNC machining centers or wide-belt sanders.

To ensure the high-performance extraction system is neither forgotten nor left running idle, the Vacomat 300 XP comes standard with an automatic controller. As soon as a connected machine is switched on, the deduster’s fan automatically starts, so extraction begins immediately.

Our Vacomat 300 XP is designed on a modular principle. The standard configuration discharges the dust and chip mixture into four dust-tight chip collection bins (4 x 120 L), each fitted with sturdy plastic collection bags. A vacuum channel holds the plastic sacks securely in the collection bins. Inspection windows make it easy to check the fill level.

Furthermore, discharge can also be realized via chip bins, ATEX rotary airlocks, and screw conveyors for disposal into a briquetting press, big bags, a container, or chip bunker.

Filter hose cleaning is automatically initiated after all connected processing machines are shut down. Our patented filter shaking system provides pneumatic/mechanical cleaning of the filter hoses. By connecting to compressed air, dust and chips are gently dislodged from the filters via a shaking action, protecting the filter material.

Optionally, particularly recommended for very high or extremely fine dust content, efficient pulse-jet cleaning is available (NOTE: installation height increases by 100 mm and length by 350 mm). This compressed air tank cleaning process is performed offline, after extraction operation.
