Vacomat 140/160 XPe

- The mobile dust extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is our smallest model and is perfectly suited for extracting dust from individual machines. Air volumes of up to 1,593 m³/h can be conveyed with this negative-pressure extraction system, for example for dust removal from panel saws, jointers, or thickness planers.
- In the standard version, extraction is manually started at the push of a button. Upon request, an automatic start of the fan can be installed, which activates when the connected processing machine is switched on. This ensures that extraction is not forgotten or run unnecessarily in idle.
- The dust/chip mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection container (240 l) lined with a plastic bag. A vacuum duct holds the plastic liner securely in the collection bin. Inspection windows make it easy to monitor the fill level.
- The mobile dust extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe independently monitors its extraction performance via a pressure sensor, ensuring maximum operational safety.

Filter Cleaning

- In the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, an integrated control cabinet triggers the electro-mechanical cleaning of the filter hoses via a vibration motor. Activation is managed by the status of the woodworking machine using potential-free contacts. As soon as all connected machines are switched off, the motorized filter shaker automatically starts. No compressed air connection or compressor is required for this filter regeneration mechanism, which results in a significant reduction in noise during cleaning.
- Optional and highly recommended for very high levels of fine dust, an efficient pulse-jet cleaning system (XPe-D) is available (NOTE: machine height increases by +100 mm and length by +280 mm). Pulse-jet filter cleaning using a compressed air tank occurs offline, after extraction operation.

SCHUKOCONE FILTER

- The mobile extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is delivered as standard with patented SchukoCone® filter hoses.
- The SchukoCone® filter is a successful combination of an externally filtered hose with an internally filtered cone. This innovative filter design provides approx. 60% more filter area while requiring less space.
- SchukoCone® filter hoses truly show their advantages especially for fine dust, where a large filter area and low surface load are critical.
- Lower filter surface load leads to longer filter service life. With lower filter resistance, less fan power—and thus less energy—is required.

ASSEMBLY & SCOPE OF DELIVERY

- The mobile dust extractors of the type Vacomat 140/160 XPe are delivered pre-assembled and ready to plug in (16 A three-phase, with 6.0 m cable) on a disposable pallet (included). A chip collection bag (size V) is also included in the delivery.
- The Vacomat 140/160 XPe must be electrically connected to the machine to be extracted so that the automatic regeneration of the filter hoses is triggered after switching off the processing machine. An electrical contractor can assist with this. The supplied control cabinet with integrated phase inverter is prepared for connection to a potential-free contact and three current transformer coils (coils not included).
