With a highly economical plasma process, material thicknesses of up to 25 mm can be optimally cut. Automated initial height detection, automatic arc control, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality and the highest possible repeatability. The automatic program sequence, as well as the long service life of wear parts, actively help to significantly minimize cutting costs. The oxyfuel process also impresses with its user-friendly operation and functionality. The automatic piercing function controls preheating times and the activation of the cutting oxygen via CNC. Sheets up to 80 mm thick can thus be cut very economically. The oxyfuel system is available for acetylene or propane and is equipped with an automatic height control.

kaitec Smart – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The foundation of the flatbed design is a robust water table. The longitudinal guide mechanism is mounted with high precision on milled surfaces. The sturdy cutting grate features offset, serrated support slats, providing optimal support for the sheets and reducing slag formation on the component as well as excessive wear on the slats, saving you money on rework and maintenance. The table depth is precisely designed for slag collection and cooling, is easy to clean, and captures the dust generated during cutting.
