With the highly efficient plasma process, material thicknesses of up to 25 mm can be cut with optimal precision. Automatic initial height detection, automatic arc regulation, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality with the highest repeatability. Automated program operation and the long service life of consumables significantly help to minimize cutting costs. The oxy-fuel process also impresses with its ease of use and functionality. The automatic piercing function controls both preheating times and the activation of cutting oxygen via CNC. This enables very economical cutting of sheets up to 80 mm thick. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane gas and comes equipped with automatic height control.

kaitec Smart – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The foundation of the flatbed design is a stable water table. The longitudinal guiding mechanism is mounted with high precision on milled surfaces. The robust cutting grate features staggered, serrated support slats, providing optimal support for sheet material while reducing slag formation on workpieces, minimizing excessive wear to the slats, and saving significant costs on post-processing and maintenance. The tray depth is specifically designed for effective slag collection and cooling, is easy to clean, and captures the dust generated during cutting.
