- Automatic feed magazine for manual loading of 12 profiles, max. profile length 6500mm, automatic transfer station into the transport rail of the gripper
- Infeed unit for PVC profiles with NC-positioned gripper, powered by a high-dynamic linear servo motor
- Automatically adjustable profile guides for different profile support contours
- Machining station designed as a G-module, with 3 servo axes incl. clamping elements integrated into the control system. The station is equipped with high-frequency electric motors for the following PVC profile operations:
o Drainage and ventilation slot drilling in the frame, sash, mullion, transom, and glazing bars
o Mortise lock pocket milling for window sash, main door, and side door sashes
o Marking holes for internally screwed mullions, transoms, and connectors
o PZ and handle milling on the HAT-sash

- Complete VU saw cut with double saw unit, 2x45°, for simultaneous cutting of both ends and notching for welded transoms. Saw feed with servo axis via linear servo motor and height adjustment via servo axis with ballscrew spindle
- Gasket tensioner above the VU saw
- Conveyor belt for removal of PVC waste from the machine area of the VU saw
- Complete saw unit in standard version with 1 saw unit for end and section cuts, infinitely variable NC-controlled swiveling drive, swivel range +45° to -45° for saw blade diameter 550mm, saw motor with 2.5kW output
- Horizontal circulation buffer for cycle-independent transport of profiles from the BAZ to the steel infeed station and screw station and to the SBZ
- Steel infeed station for manual insertion of steel reinforcements with 12 infeed positions

- Monitor as steel length display for the steel infeed incl. control module

- Screw station for the horizontal circulation buffer, working from above and below with frequency-controlled electric screw unit, for screwing steel reinforcements into frame, sash, and mullion/transom profiles. Equipped for self-tapping screw 3.9x16mm, including infeed unit with NC-positioned gripper powered by a high-dynamic linear servo motor
- Additional screw station with automatic screw feed
- Drilling station as steel module, with 2 servo axes for drilling stroke and horizontal adjustment
- Automatic label printer with dispensing device. Labels are affixed to the profiles manually
