- Cutting and processing center – material flow direction from right to left
- Automatic loading magazine for manual loading of 12 profiles, max. profile length 6500 mm, automatic transfer station to the gripper’s transport conveyor
- Feed device for PVC profiles with NC-positioned gripper, driven by a high-dynamic linear servo motor
- Automatically adjustable profile guides for different support contours in the profiles
- Processing station designed as a G-Module, with 3 servo axes incl. clamping elements and integrated into the control system. The station is equipped with high-frequency electric motors for the following machining operations on PVC profiles:
o Drainage and ventilation slot drilling in frames, sashes, mullions, transoms, and glazing bars
o Lock case milling on window sashes, main and side door sashes
o Marking holes for internally screwed mullions, transoms, and connectors
o Profile cylinder and handle cutouts in door leafs

- Complete VU saw cut with double saw unit 2x45° for simultaneous cutting of mitre and offcuts as well as notching cuts for weld-in transoms. Saw feed with servo axis via linear servo motor and height adjustment with servo axis via ball screw spindle.
- Gasket tensioner above the VU saw
- Conveyor belt for removal of PVC waste from the VU saw machine area
- Complete saw unit in standard design with 1 saw unit for mitre and offcut, infinitely variable NC-controlled swivelling drive, swivelling range +45° to -45° for saw blade diameter 550 mm, saw motor 2.5 kW
- Horizontal circulating buffer for cycle-independent transport of profiles from BAZ to steel feed station as well as to the screwing station and to SBZ
- Steel feed station for manual insertion of steel reinforcements with 12 feed slots
The 1st and 2nd steel feed slots are equipped with clamps to hold PVC profiles during manual reinforcement
- Monitor as steel length display for steel feed incl. control section
8 steel positions are displayed
- Screwing station for the horizontal circulating buffer operating from above and below with frequency-controlled electric screwing unit
- Additional screwing station with automatic screw feeding
- Drilling station as steel module, with 2 servo axes for drilling stroke and horizontal adjustment
- Automatic label printer with dispensing device. Labels are applied to the profiles manually
