Frame:
The main structure consists of an unalloyed steel beam construction, onto which the outer casing made of unalloyed steel, powder-coated in RAL 1013 (pearl white), is mounted.
The oven's inner housing is made from aluminized sheet steel.
Insulation between the inner and outer oven housings is provided by 120 mm mineral wool.

Base:
Like the oven walls, with 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height (from factory floor to first drawer): 800 mm +/- 100 mm, adjustable via oven feet.

Openings:
3 drawers, 250 mm high, with usable loading height of 120 mm.

Maintenance Doors:
Double-wing maintenance door on the rear side of the oven.
Secured with screws.
This door allows full access to the oven interior.

Parts Handling:
Parts are handled via 3 drawers (stacked vertically).
Height between each drawer: 250 mm
Usable height per drawer: 170 mm, with almost 10 mm reserve.
Drawers are smooth and feature a sealing piece on the drawer base to minimize heat loss when opened.
Each drawer supports a usable load of 120 kg (distributed across the surface).
Peak loads up to 240 kg are possible.
Drawer seals are made of silicone.
Each drawer is secured with electromagnets, controlled by the Siemens system.
Minimum preheating time is monitored by a timer per drawer (located in the control cabinet).
Maximum preheating time is also monitored by a timer per drawer (located in the control cabinet).
A temperature display is provided for each drawer.
Displays are located at the front of the oven, to the left of the drawers.
