The main structure consists of a non-alloyed steel beam frame, with the external casing made of non-alloyed steel, painted RAL 1013 (pearl white).
The oven interior is made of aluminized steel sheet.
Insulation between the inner and outer casing is provided by 120 mm of mineral wool.

Base:
Just like the oven walls, also features 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height (from plant floor to first drawer): 800 mm, adjustable +/-100 mm via the oven feet.

Openings:
3 drawers, each with a height of 250 mm, allowing for a usable load height of 120 mm.

Maintenance doors:
Double-leaf maintenance door on the rear of the oven.
Secured by screws.
Provides complete access to the oven interior.

Workpiece handling:
Parts are handled via 3 vertically stacked drawers.
Distance between drawers: 250 mm
Usable height per drawer: 170 mm, with nearly 10 mm clearance.
Drawers are smooth and fitted with a sealing plate at the bottom to reduce heat loss during opening.
Each drawer supports a usable load of 120 kg, distributed evenly across the surface.

Drawer seals are made of silicone.
Each drawer is secured by electromagnets controlled by the Siemens control system.
Minimum preheat time is monitored per drawer with individual timers (located in the control cabinet).
Maximum preheat time is also monitored per drawer by separate timers (located in the control cabinet).
Each drawer is equipped with its own temperature display.
Displays are installed on the oven front, left of the drawers.
