Description:

Sturdy welded frame construction made from thick-walled special hollow profiles; sliding carriages and pressure beams with 50 mm pitch hole pattern.

Continuous left-side abutment for wide component pressing, lower abutment in 2 levels.

Vertical pressing cylinders mounted on special pressure beams, with single-hand quick adjustment and weight compensation, adjustable in height with 50 mm pitch.
Long sliding carriages ensure permanent absorption of high pressing forces.

Fast and smooth width adjustment via ball-bearing supported trolleys with central locking and fixation in 50 mm hole grid.

Upper horizontal pressing cylinder is infinitely height adjustable and equipped with weight compensation.

Lower horizontal pressing cylinder with centring bores for the two abutment levels, without weight compensation.

Machine is electro-hydraulically operated, with 2 vertical pressing cylinders, diameter 60 mm, stroke 120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation and single-hand quick adjustment; 2 horizontal pressing cylinders, diameter 40 mm, stroke 120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation; 2 manual control valves, manometer, 1 pressure control valve adjustable from 20 to 130 bar (corresponds to 550 to 3,500 kg pressing force vertically). Equipped with 3 kW three-phase motor for 400 Volt, 50 Hz operating voltage.

Comes complete with electrical connection.

Paint finish: RAL 7035 light grey with RAL 7016 anthracite grey.
