The only fully automatic, self-adjusting high-performance frame press in which pre-positioning of the timber components is not required. Width and height adjustments are made automatically, without any time loss, immediately after direct insertion of the workpieces into the pressing area. No repositioning of the timbers is necessary.

Base machine features a heavy-duty welded frame construction using oversized, thick-walled special profiles. Guideways of the press corners on the pressure beams are designed for minimal wear.

Continuous counter bearing on the stop side for width pressing, built in a torsion-resistant design, mounted to the machine base.

Continuous lower counter bearing in extremely robust, torsion-resistant design, connected to both the base frame and the machine. Insertion height 500 mm. All counter bearings are finely adjustable for absolute angular precision and long-term accuracy.

Sliding carriage on the right with rapid, motorized width adjustment, guaranteeing parallel travel, includes automatic hydraulic locking:
Central drive for dimension adjustment both horizontally and vertically, with high adjustment and travel speed, and automatic width and height adjustment (opto-electronically controlled).

8-way holding and positioning device for completely loose insertion of all single timber pieces into the press area (no pre-arranging or pre-positioning required). Each frame element is held and positioned twice.

Automatic lifting function allows for ergonomic insertion of the upper transverse timber on tall frames at a user-friendly height. Increases work safety by enabling floor-level operation—no ladders or steps required.

All frame members are placed directly into the pressing area. Program selection options:
