Now also with semi-automatic positioning of the vertical pressing cylinders 1, 2, and 3 via enabling button, including ON/OFF selector switch for beam 2.

With automatic pressing cycle plus manual control for corner joints (tenon & mortise and dowel/mortised tenon), switchable via selector switch at the control cabinet. Basic equipment included for optional use of counter profiles, in case sash profiles are bent on the loose section.

Basic machine in heavy-duty welded frame construction with thick-walled special hollow sections. Guide rails for pressing beams at the press corners in wear-resistant machined design.

Fast, smooth manual width adjustment by ball bearing mounted carriage, locking in 50 mm hole grid, optional motorized width adjustment with hydraulic clamping (at extra cost).

Height adjustment and pressing via long-stroke cylinders in a single work step. Right-hand press corners equipped with integrated horizontal cylinders, eliminating the need for vertical positioning of the horizontal press cylinders and preventing cylinder collisions.

Lower abutments adjustable to most convenient loading height in multiple positions.

3 kW compact hydraulic unit with integrated control block, variable pressure control from 20 – 120 bar, includes pressure gauge.

Operation by push-buttons with separate control circuits for vertical and horizontal press cylinders, mounted on freely movable operator panel.
