For processing staples L=50 mm
Length 700 mm, width 500 mm, working height adjustable from 700 to 1200 mm. One staple is placed at each of the four corners of the glazing bead frame. Positioning is done diagonally so that the staples protrude approx. 35 mm from the wood. When pressed into the sash frame, a clamping effect is achieved. For painting, the glazing bead frame is positioned with an approx. 20 mm gap in front of the sash. After drying or before sash installation, the glazing bead frame is pressed flush into the sash and only removed again before glazing. The staples can then be pulled out by hand. Stand frame with support table at 85° vertical, inclination adjustable. 2 compensation frames for different glazing bead thicknesses, operation via foot pedal.
