Glazing Bead Saw on Sliding Worktable

Designed for parallel cutting of glazing beads on the sliding worktable.

The RU-GL glazing bead saw is mounted on a sliding worktable with sensing and clamping device for two glazing beads. Cutting length min. 230 mm, max. 2380 mm. Left saw fixed, right saw mounted on a manually movable carriage. Pneumatic clamping device from the top and the side, safety two-hand operation. Saw motors 0.37 kW, voltage 400V. Sliding worktable with felt covering, total length with side shelf 3300 mm, width 1400 mm, working height 800 - 1000 mm. Pneumatically lowerable support rollers for positioning sashes.

Pos. 1.6 Operating time control for independent extraction system.
Adjustable from 5 seconds to 3 hours. With each sawing operation, extraction is activated for the preset time. If another cut is made within the extraction interval, the time restarts.
