RSA RASACUT SC 3000 – Fully Automatic Line for Tube Cutting, Deburring, Length Control, Washing, and Drying

This is a high-performance, complete RSA line for tube processing, designed for continuous production: from raw tubes to finished tube sections cut to fixed lengths up to 3,000 mm.

The system integrates the entire workflow:

Bundle loading → Cutting → Deburring → Measurement (length control) → Cleaning (washing) → Drying, with automatic transfer between stations.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

1. Bundle Loader

The tube bundle is loaded by crane or forklift into the magazine. The system automatically separates tubes and feeds them into the infeed roller conveyor, enabling continuous production from tubes up to 8,000 mm long.

2. Cutting | RSA RASACUT SC 3000

Automatic cutting unit with servo-controlled feed and electronically controlled length stop. Tubes are clamped and cut to the programmed fixed length, with adjustable cutting parameters ensuring repeatable and consistent results.

3. Deburring | RSA RASAPLAN XY 3000

Automatic end deburring system using high-performance brushes on both sides. Each tube rotates 360° during brushing, allowing simultaneous internal and external deburring on both end surfaces. Adjustments are made automatically from the central control panel.

4. Measurement | RSA RASACHECK 3000 A

Integrated length measurement station with 100% inspection of finished pieces. Out-of-tolerance parts are automatically rejected, ensuring only compliant tubes advance to the next stages.

5. Cleaning | RSA RASACLEAN ET 3000

Washing system designed for complete removal of chips and contaminants. Tubes pass through a closed washing chamber where the cleaning fluid is applied under pressure and debris is collected by a chip filter.

6. Drying | TURBODRY

Hot air drying station with adjustable flow and temperature. Removes drops and condensation after washing, delivering completely dry tube sections for further handling.

7. Tooling | Comprehensive Set of Jaws

Supplied with an extensive set of jaws for multiple tube diameters, enabling quick changeovers without the need for additional tooling.
