Purpose and Function

The RPU-2100R (Reagent Production Unit) is designed to automatically dilute concentrated reagents (e.g., Cellpack S Conc.) and produce large quantities of ready-to-use reagent onsite in the laboratory.

The RPU-2100R is a standalone unit with all components housed in a closed casing.
The enclosure features removable, epoxy-coated sheet metal covers.
All external connections and the ON/OFF switch are located on the rear of the device.
All user-serviceable and replaceable components are accessible via the front door.
The trolley for the Cellpack concentrate (e.g., Cellpack®-S Conc.) can be docked on any of three sides of the machine.

Reagent Concentrates: Utilizes Cellpack S Conc. in 10L and 20L containers.

Throughput per concentrate:
With a 10L container, up to 8,250 blood counts per month can be conducted without reagent replacement.
With a 20L container, this increases to up to 16,500 blood counts per month.
Shelf life: Prepared reagent remains usable for 30 days after opening.
