Compact precision mini rotary table, suitable for single-part or small batch production in laser welding and precision engineering. Both horizontal and vertical setups are possible.

It is particularly suitable as a 4th axis for engraving and milling machines for engraving, laser processing, drilling, slotting, keyway milling, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine.

Precision worm gear drive with a reduction ratio of 50:1.

The worm and worm wheel are manufactured in-house, ensuring the highest adjustment precision. The gear set is fourfold ball bearing mounted and backlash-free but can be adjusted if necessary.

The robust output spindle is equipped with a faceplate with a diameter of 108 mm, internal taper MK1, and a through-hole of 10.5 mm (optionally with M12 internal thread).

The electronic control is provided as a handy module with a foot switch for clockwise/counterclockwise operation, including power supply and emergency stop. Rotation speed can be set from 0–50 rpm according to the scale. Speed changes are immediate while the axis is rotating. The direction is selected with the foot switch: the right switch rotates the axis to the right, the left switch to the left.

Pressing the foot switch accelerates the axis to the set speed; releasing the switch decelerates the axis.

Ideal for laser welding applications on Hermle, Trumpf, Haas, Maho, Deckel FP1, G1, or Gravograph machines.

We offer standard clamping devices for your applications. Special clamping fixtures can also be manufactured quickly and cost-effectively.
