Complete Ice Cream Production Line – Finamac + Rotopack

For sale is a cup ice cream production line consisting of three machines. The line enables continuous production – from freezing and ingredient mixing to cup filling and sealing.

1. Finamac Super-C Continuous Freezer – Year of Manufacture: 2015
Continuous ice cream freezer delivering consistent, finely textured ice cream quality.

2. Finamac IF-900 Ingredient Feeder – Year of Manufacture: 2015
Professional dosing unit for ice cream inclusions such as nuts, fruit pieces, chocolate chunks, etc.
Features:
- Synchronized dosing for continuous ice cream production
- Adjustable ingredient size and feed speed
- Made from stainless steel, hygienic and robust
- Precise mixing ratio for consistent product quality
Condition: Used from 2015 to 2017, kept in storage as a backup unit

3. Rotopack Rotary Filler for Ice Cream (Year of Manufacture: 2023)
Offered for sale is a Rotopack rotary filler for filling ice cream into cups – manufactured in 2023, previously used as a display and demo unit, therefore has very low hours and is in excellent condition.

Technical features:
- For filling ice cream in cups (currently set for 125 ml, other formats optional)
- Fully constructed from stainless steel and anodized aluminum
- Pneumatically assisted electromechanical operation
- Rapid format changeover
- Compliant with all food safety regulations and EC directives

Functionality:
The machine fills ice cream cups and can then seal them either with snap-on lids or sealing foil.
An upgrade by the manufacturer is possible to implement both processes simultaneously (sealing and lidding).

Current configuration:
- Set up for 125 ml cups
- Tooling for other formats can be custom made by the manufacturer

Stations (6 in total, 5 currently in use):
1. Cup feeding
2. Filling
3. Seal application or lid feeding
4. Heat sealing station
5. Free (optional for expansion)
6. Discharge

The photos show the machine as new. In the meantime, it has been used at a trade fair and as a demo machine in production.
