Tempering oven for stress-relieving annealing and forming of acrylic glass

The oven features two doors on one side and two narrow doors at the rear, each equipped with a rail system. The panels are suspended inside the oven and are pneumatically clamped or released via a foot switch.

- The oven has a maximum temperature of 230°C and maintains a temperature deviation of +/-3°C from the setpoint at 75°C.
- Internal dimensions: approx. width 1600 mm x depth 2000 mm.

- The oven can accommodate suspended panels up to 1800 mm high on the rail system.
- The rail system is shown in the attached images. It can also be mounted on the front side.
- Suitable for panel thicknesses from 1.5 to 25 mm, and supports a maximum panel weight of 150 kg.
- Power output can be set in multiple stages.
- Air circulation: approx. 3,000 m³/h.
- For safety reasons, doors can also be opened from the inside.
- Safety device automatically switches off the heating in case of fan failure.
