Ovens for the polymerization of powder coatings are designed for heating elements coated with powder paint. Heating is achieved through continuous air circulation forced by the fan assembly. During the heating process, the powder melts and forms a homogeneous coating layer on the object's surface, which adheres well to the substrate.

Ventilated ovens – dryers can be used for drying metal items after degreasing or etching.

Consistent temperature control and a wide variety of settings during powder fusion make the dryer suitable for any type of powder paint.

The large color touch panel is aesthetically pleasing and is comfortable and intuitive to operate. You can set all key parameters directly on it.

Memory for 20 programs with 10 events each
It is possible to save up to 20 programs and activate up to 10 consecutive time-temperature steps, sequenced within the heating curve. This is especially necessary for more demanding processes.

Energy consumption data
Consumption is calculated based on the burner settings. This feature allows you to estimate cycle costs, plan energy usage, and monitor staff.

Dual-channel USB cycle parameter recorder
Each oven is equipped with a recorder that stores all ignition parameters—including two temperature channels—on a USB stick, similar to an aircraft black box. The system also enables the analysis of monthly/daily reports, covering media consumption and performance. Every heating start, even opening the door, is recorded and can be reviewed years later.
Such a dedicated option is not offered by any other manufacturer; this system was developed from scratch by our engineers.

Automatic oven start at 6 AM
How often have you waited after hours for the cycle to finish? If you’ve run a paint shop for a while, you know the struggle. Our solution allows you to leave the cycle unfinished at the end of your shift, so it completes automatically by the time you arrive the next morning.

Countdown to cycle completion
The cycle has started, but how much time is left? By calculating the heating dynamics, the system computes and displays the remaining time on the screen.

Automatic flue gas exhaust
The chimney can be programmed to open a few minutes before the end of the firing process to vent the chamber. It can be remotely controlled via the control panel, unlike most systems that require manual mechanical operation.

Self-closing door
Simply pull the door to open. The lock has an adjustable door pressure. To close, just push it; the lock catches the door and automatically pulls it shut.

ThPID Control System
The ThPID system is designed to overcome the inertia effect known as hysteresis. The standard solution operates on an on/off principle with constant power. ThPID controls the heating output using voltage regulation: once the set temperature is reached, it delivers only the required heating power to minimize temperature fluctuations.
