The automatic car wash is a solution that allows you to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase the efficiency of the surface preparation process.

The automatic car wash facility is equipped with a set of spray pumps. It is designed to ensure that as little liquid as possible remains after the process migrates to subsequent stages, saving money and improving wash quality.
This is very important, as apparent savings in systems that operate without these solutions can lead to significantly higher costs in the future, related to chemicals and waste disposal, which will simply be higher. Attention should also be paid to issues regarding compliance with the required bath parameters.

Research and development have enabled us to develop a car wash system with an optional component drying feature, where hot air is blown by a series of fans after the washing process is complete.

The car wash is equipped with an advanced system for creating user-defined macro programs, which can consist of up to 10 steps per tank according to the number of tanks. Processes can be repeated, their order changed, and so forth.

Each tank has its own symbol and name, enabling the operator to work intuitively.

Optionally, the tanks can be equipped with bath replenishment systems, which can be carried out between processes or at the end of the cycle, for example.
