We are offering for sale a Robot Coupe Blixer 23 A, 23 L, as shown in the pictures, complete with the necessary tools and in excellent condition. This machine offers you two functionalities in one! The Blixer combines the features of two well-known machines: a cutter and an emulsifier-mixer, allowing you to blend all types of raw and cooked foods into liquid, semi-liquid, or puréed results.

Efficient: Thanks to its large liquid capacity and its lid with scraper and sealing ring, this machine enables the preparation of all types of blended food and even tube feeding solutions.
Reliable: Patented blade system with a novel profile ensures optimal cutting performance. Consistent cuts and completely even processing, even with the smallest quantities, are guaranteed.
With its high serving output (20-75 portions), the Blixer 23 is perfect for use in clinics, nursing homes, kindergartens, and of course, restaurants. Maximum processing quantities: 4–15 kg.

The control panel is fitted with a digital timer (0 to 15 min.) and features a removable 23-liter stainless steel tilting bowl. Included in the scope of delivery is an extra low-positioned all-stainless-steel blade, with two removable and height-adjustable serrated blades.
The device has undergone a comprehensive inspection in our workshop and is fully operational.
You will receive an invoice with VAT shown separately.
