Complete Dumpling/Knödel Production Line

The line can be inspected in Stavenhagen, Germany. The installation is still fully operational and connected to power, enabling demonstration.

The line is complete, starting with storage of potato flakes. These are then mixed in the correct ratio. The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or other ingredients. An additional big bag station is available for this purpose.
After mixing, the product is weighed and further mixed before being conveyed to the Rheon forming machines.
The Rheon machines form the product; if desired, a filling can also be incorporated. The product then moves to the breading drum and subsequently to the cryogenic freezer, where the exterior is hardened to ensure good packability.
After freezing, the product is weighed by a multihead weigher and packed in doypack packaging.
It then passes through the pasteurization tunnel, which ensures an extended shelf life. Afterward, the packaging is blown dry.
Finally, weight and metal detection take place, after which the products are automatically packed into boxes by a repacking machine. The boxes are automatically stacked on pallets, making the products ready for transport.
