aprašymas
Oscillating Mill / Ball Mill (Laboratory)
The MM 500 control is a laboratory device designed for dry, wet, and cryogenic grinding. It is suitable for hard, brittle, soft, elastic, and fibrous materials, and is used across numerous disciplines—from materials science and pharmaceuticals to geology, food analysis, and environmental analytics.
Lsdpfx Ageywkqzefshd
Samples (up to 10 mm particle size) and grinding balls are loaded into the grinding jars. These jars are then inserted and positioned on the cooling plates. The oscillating movements—up to 30 Hz—pulverize the sample through impact and friction.
Optional cooling can be carried out with various media (LN², water, etc.). Final finenesses of 0.1 µm can be achieved. A typical grinding cycle lasts between 30 seconds and 30 minutes.
Grinding balls are available in different materials (steel, stainless steel, tungsten carbide, zirconium oxide) and sizes (available from the manufacturer).
The machine offer includes two 125 ml grinding jars (material as shown in the illustration). Grinding balls, 10 mm in hardened steel, are also included.
