System Description
The system, including all piping, is made from high-quality stainless steel, which ensures a long service life of the unit.

The machine is a two-lane chain conveyor continuous washing machine. The unique modular design allows for easy expansion of existing systems, ensuring the system will not be undersized. The system can grow with the business and adapt to future requirements.

Hot water heating: Heat exchangers installed in the wash tanks for the heating circuit. Recommended supply temperature: 90°C.
Spray pipes: Screwed fittings.
Oil separator: Three-phase separator with pneumatic diaphragm pump and pre-filter in all tanks.
Item counter on both lanes.

The system control panel is installed next to the machine. The control cabinet contains all necessary equipment for the operation and monitoring of the complete system. The device arrangement and cabling comply with current VDE regulations.

The electrical supply line to the control cabinet must have at least 2 meters of surplus length. Emergency stop switches are installed in the loading/unloading areas.

For heating the wash tanks, a hot water supply of approximately 90°C is required.
