Automatic cutting of battens, boards, and squared timber for single and series production.

Operator feeds independently of machine cycle. Catches and the infinitely adjustable end stop serve as alignment aids during loading. The unit can accommodate up to 2 workpieces (workpiece packages), while a 3rd workpiece (workpiece package) can be in processing. The unit transfers the workpieces (workpiece packages) fully automatically to the cross-cut saw, enabling continuous feeding and increased output of up to 30% (practical value). Feeding system equipped with robust 3/4" chain. All finished pieces are immediately pushed laterally onto a discharge table after the cutting process. Different lengths can thus be easily identified as all cut parts are aligned on one side.
