Remarks:
The machine has been overhauled; the machine body has been fully reconditioned. The following wear parts have been replaced:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals replaced
- The coolant system including the coolant/lubricant swivel system is new
- New 2-speed SEW gear motor

General:
The dual spindle drive ensures a steady and central pulling point as well as constant broaching speed. The machine is primarily designed for the production of keyways up to 18 mm (from 16 mm groove width only with stepped tool shanks). The machine, by design, is quick and easy to set up for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyway production. Due to the universally constructed drawbridge and machine table, both profile and flat broaching tools can be used without additional pullers.
