This Rational Ultra Vent hood for Rational combi steamers, including connection kit, is compatible with the CMP, SCC 61/101 electric combi steamers from year of manufacture 2011 onwards (Index H+I). The hood has been tested in our in-house workshop and is fully operational.

This Ultra Vent hood features patented condensation technology that binds and channels steam and vapors. Extensive exhaust air installations are a thing of the past. No external exhaust connection is required whatsoever. Installation is simple and even possible as a retrofit.
