Rational ULTRAVENT PLUS HAUBE

This is an Ultravent Plus hood from manufacturer Rational, model UV PLUS 61/101/E, year of manufacture 2022. Compatible with the following Index series: Index H and I, suitable for both DUO units and single units. This hood not only binds escaping steam, but also eliminates odors and smoke. There is no need for an external exhaust air duct. An LED indicator automatically notifies you when the filter needs to be changed. This version features stainless steel baffle filters and a pre-filter mat located behind them. This protects the activated carbon filter—located at the core of the hood—from rapid contamination and ensures optimum functionality. This Plus condensation hood is ideal for use in the front of house, in enclosed spaces, or for show cooking. Retrofitting and installation on Rational SCC 61/101 WE units can be performed without significant effort. The hood has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional, with a 6-month warranty.
