This listing features the latest generation of VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL 150-liter model by the premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting skillet comes equipped with the pressure cooking and Balanced Power 34 kW (instead of 41 kW, for reduced power connection) options. The unit has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop, freshly serviced, and is in full working order.

Accessories for the iVario XL can be purchased separately at an additional cost upon request.
