Here we have a condensation breaker by the manufacturer Rational. The condensation breaker is suitable for the Rational combi-steamer series, iCP 61-102, SCC/WE 102 & CPC, SCC 102, 210, 202.

The condensation breaker creates an accelerated upward flow of steam and other vapors from the vent pipe. This allows steam and vapors to be purposefully directed via piping into an extraction system.
